Where c4u Inspects in the Okanagan
c4u Inspections is based in Vernon and works the length of the Okanagan. Since 2005 we have been walking through other people’s biggest purchase and telling them plainly what we found.
The valley is not one housing market. An 1890s house on East Hill, a farmhouse outside Armstrong that has been added to four times, a hillside build above Glenrosa and a downtown Kelowna condo fail in completely different ways, and they need to be looked at differently. Pick your community below and we will tell you what we tend to find there.
Our coverage, from the north end down
Twelve communities, one inspector, the length of the valley. Pick your community to see what we tend to find there.

One inspector, the whole valley
You get Vin McConnachie. Consumer Protection BC Home Inspector Licence #78731, Qualified Home Inspector with Carson Dunlop Canada, and more than 30 years inspecting property across the UK and Canada. That does not change because you live in Lumby instead of Rutland.
Every inspection runs 3.5 to 4 hours and covers over 1,500 points. It finishes with a walkthrough where we show you what we found and what it means, and the detailed written report — photographs, notations and recommendations — follows online. The full credential list is on our credentials page if you want to read it before you call.
What we inspect, wherever you are
Every service we offer is available in every community on the list above.

- Commercial inspections — property condition assessments to ASTM E2018 guidelines
- Mold and air quality — air sampling, asbestos identification and lab analysis, radon testing
- Roof inspections — including for sellers whose roof is costing them offers
Not on the list?
Those twelve are where we work most often. If you are somewhere else — Falkland, Cherryville, a place up at Silver Star, out the Salmon Arm direction, a strata on Westside Road, an acreage that does not have a street address yet — call or text (250) 212-4025 and ask. You will get a straight answer about whether we can get there and when.
