    Inspection Services

“Get an inspection” can mean a dozen different things depending on who told you to get one. Below is every inspection c4u carries out, what each is actually for, and who normally orders it. Find the row that sounds like your situation and follow it through.

If you would rather just talk to someone, call or text (250) 212-4025. It usually takes about two minutes to work out what you need.

    Still not sure?

Most people who call are not sure, and that is fine. Tell us the address, what prompted the call, and any date you are working to. If a different inspection would serve you better than the one you asked for, we will say so.

The same standard, whatever you book

Every inspection on this page is carried out by Vin McConnachie, holder of Consumer Protection BC Home Inspector Licence #78731, with thirty years of property inspection behind him across the UK and Canada. Every one of them ends the same way: a conversation about what we found, then a written report with photographs, notations and recommendations, delivered online.

We work out of Vernon. That means the North Okanagan — Coldstream, Armstrong, Spallumcheen, Enderby and Lumby — is close work, and the rest of the valley south through Lake Country, Kelowna and West Kelowna to Peachland, Summerland and Penticton is a scheduled trip. Same inspector either way.
