The North Okanagan, and the rest of the valley
We are based in Vernon and we know the north end of this valley properly — Coldstream, Armstrong, Spallumcheen, Enderby and Lumby, where an inspection is as likely to involve a well, a wood stove and a barn as it is a furnace. We carry on south through Lake Country, Kelowna and West Kelowna, and down the lake to Peachland, Summerland and Penticton. Same inspector, same report, whichever end of the lake you are buying at.

He holds Consumer Protection BC Home Inspector Licence #78731, qualified as a Home Inspector with Carson Dunlop Canada, and trained in commercial building inspection with Carson Dunlop Weldon & Associates. Before Canada there was thirty years of property work in the UK — an ABBE Level 4 Diploma in Home Inspection, City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering, and a Higher National Certificate with Commendation in Building Surveying from Greenwich University.
